• You understand that donations are final; we do not offer refunds on charitable donations except in cases of documented processing error
• You agree that all donations are made voluntarily and without expectation of goods or services in return, beyond any stated donor recognition benefits

By registering for or attending a Caiden's Corner event — including the Autism Acceptance Walk & Community Celebration — you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Assumption of risk: Participation in outdoor events and physical activities involves inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own safety and the safety of any minors in your care.
• Release of liability: You release Caiden's Corner, its directors, officers, staff, volunteers, and event partners from any claims arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Photography consent: Photos and videos may be taken at our events for use in reports, social media, and grant materials. If you do not consent, please notify staff at check-in and we will respect your wishes.
• Code of conduct: All attendees, volunteers, vendors, and sponsors are expected to treat others with dignity and respect. Caiden's Corner reserves the right to remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our mission.
• Vendor and sponsor obligations: Registered vendors and sponsors agree to comply with all event rules communicated prior to and at the event.

If you submit content to us — through forms, surveys, email, or social media — you grant Caiden's Corner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share that content in connection with our nonprofit mission and programs.

• You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights

Caiden's Corner – The Ausome Families Foundation operates an SMS text messaging program to keep our community informed and connected. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the terms in this section.

Program Description

Our SMS program is used to send the following types of messages:

• Event announcements, reminders, and day-of updates (e.g., the Autism Acceptance Walk & Community Celebration)
• Volunteer coordination messages and shift confirmations
• Donation campaign alerts and fundraising updates
• Program news, community resources, and nonprofit announcements
• Responses to inbound messages or support requests submitted via text

Message frequency varies. During active events or campaigns, you may receive up to 4–6 messages per month. Outside of active periods, messages are sent less frequently.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to our SMS program by:

• Submitting your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on any Caiden's Corner web form, event registration, or donation page
• Texting a designated keyword to our SMS number as indicated on our website or marketing materials
• Verbally or in writing providing your consent at a Caiden's Corner event, with staff recording your opt-in

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of donating, registering for events, or receiving services from Caiden's Corner.

How to Opt Out & Get Help

You can manage your SMS preferences at any time using the following keywords:

• STOP — Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all future SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
• HELP — Text HELP to receive program information and contact details for support.
• START — Text START to re-subscribe after opting out.
