Caiden's Corner – The Ausome Families Foundation was founded to support, connect, and empower families raising children on the autism spectrum in South Mississippi. We provide community, education, events, and resources — but we are not licensed professionals, and our content should never replace the guidance of a qualified practitioner who knows your child and family personally.

Not Therapeutic Advice

Caiden's Corner is not a therapy provider and does not offer occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), physical therapy, mental health counseling, or any other licensed therapeutic service.

  • Our programs, workshops, and events are community-based and educational in nature. They are not a replacement for your child's therapy services.
  • Sensory activities, social skills programming, and family education workshops offered by Caiden's Corner are designed to supplement — not replace — professional therapeutic care.
  • Always consult your child's therapist, BCBA, or treatment team before making changes to a therapy plan based on anything experienced or learned at a Caiden's Corner event or program.
  • Staff, volunteers, and speakers at our events are not acting in a professional clinical capacity unless explicitly stated and credentialed.

  • IEP templates, sample language, and workshop content provided by Caiden's Corner are starting points for family education only. They do not constitute legal documents and should be reviewed with a qualified education attorney or advocate before use in formal IEP proceedings.
  • Every school district and IEP team is different. Our general guidance may not account for the specific policies of your child's school or district.
  • Caiden's Corner staff and volunteers are not licensed special education attorneys, diagnosticians, or certified IEP advocates unless explicitly credentialed and identified as such.

  • Every child on the autism spectrum is unique. Program participation, sensory activities, social events, and educational workshops may affect different children differently.
  • We cannot guarantee that our events will be sensory-safe or suitable for every child, despite our best efforts to provide accommodations and sensory-friendly spaces.
